Legae Vascular offers services in Johannesburg and Polokwane. We are partnered with the Vascare Group of Vascular Surgeons in Johannesburg. In Polokwane, we collaborate with Mas Limpopo Inc., an experienced and diligent group of General Surgeons.
Our team approach incorporates experts from nephrology, cardiology, internal medicine, neurology, radiology and vascular surgery, along with allied services (physiotherapy, occupational therapy, wound care specialists, and psychology) to provide patients with comprehensive care.
Dr Mogase is a vascular specialist in Polokwane. He was born and raised in Pretoria and completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBCH) at the University of the Witwatersrand in 2010.
At Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University, he attained qualifications as a Fellow of the College of Surgeons (FCS SA) and a Master of Medicine in Surgery (Mmed SURG) in 2017 and 2018, respectively.
In 2021, Dr Mogase completed his training and exams, acquiring a subspecialty qualification in vascular surgery from the University of Pretoria.
Dr Mogase’s work experience includes a two-year medical internship in the Klerksdorp Hospital, community service at Sebokeng Hospital, general surgical training at Dr George Mukhari Academic Hospital and vascular surgical training at Steve Biko Academic Hospital.
Furthermore, Dr Mogase served as a medical subspecialist in the Department of General Surgery at Polokwane Provincial Hospital between 2021 and 2023.
